It's Still Daryl Hall Day!

Daryl is still very active in the music scene - this is an excerpt from his monthly free live performance webcast, 'Live from Daryl's House' shot in his home, where he jams with everyone from older artists
to new upcoming talent.

    1. You lucky girl, if I lived close by I'd probably be camped out at the end of his drive right now, lol!!

  3. That gal singer looks a bit "ungrateful" to me Jane. Time to kick her off that stool and put you on it! I'll hold up idiot boards until you learn all the words (as if! - you probably have them tattooed across your thighs already, waiting for your chance to pounce on him!)Oh, I have indeed broken my big toe - I'm such a klutz! Dropped a wardrobe on it, then banged my head and gouged a lump out of my hand as well. Don't be surprised if a wall falls on me while I sleep.

    1. Oh my, glad nothing worse happened - I expect most accidents occur in the home - one moment your balancing with one leg on a stool and the other three on the kitchen counter and the next your looking up!

Lol!!! I agree, doesn't she realize she's in the presence of greatness - I am presently working on a plan to replace her. Once that broken toe has healed :( your claws are part of the equation... I trust I can count on your support!

  4. Ha ha ha...I was getting ready to comment and ended up laughing so hard with Sulky Kitten's remarks. You silly kitty, you - now I've forgotten what I wanted to write! Anyway, you only grow old when you stop enjoying life. Looks like Daryl is living it up!

    1. Hahaha, Yes that Sulky has a true feline mind! You sure hit the nail on the head - being involved with something you love - especially if it's creative, is the best way to stay young at heart and I think everything else follows as a result.

  5. The whole concept of free broadcast from home is really cool. I didn't realize (well I never even thought to look) that artist were doing this. I am going to have to see if some of my favs are doing the same.

    1. Yes, I think it's a great idea and the 'show' has an incredibly relaxed vibe. I don't know if anyone else is doing this - but it's likely a few others have something similar.
