Also one of my favorite shows as a kid. The children shows after that decade cannot be compared. Examples: CareBears (Have you ever seen a bear that cared?) Sesame Street (and the new controversy of whether or not Ernie and Bert should get married.Huh??) How about those "demented" TelaTubbies (or what ever they were supposed to be?)
...I think I'll stick with Dr. PetVet, The Oracle, The Wolfman, Zany Zoo(Warner Clyde Batty at your service)etc.
Hahaha. It reminds me of Count Floyd from SCTV. He was always going to show you something really scaring!
ReplyDeleteMy sister and I watched the Hilarious House of Frightenstein all the time when we were kids -- love Billy Van! That show was a low budget marvel!
ReplyDeleteWebDebris, Haha, you are so right - I had forgot about Count Floyd! I checked out a few videos on YouTube to refresh my memory.
ReplyDeleteDebra, We watched the HH religiously as well - I honestly used to find the librarian very creepy!
